1. License & Usage
– You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BizAcc ERP as per your agreement.
– Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

2. Account Responsibility
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.

3. Payment & Fees
– Fees are as agreed upon. Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Service Availability
– We aim for 99.9% uptime, excluding maintenance and outages beyond our control.

5. Support
– Support is provided via email, phone, or remote sessions as per your service plan.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the software.

7. Termination
Accounts may be terminated for violation of terms or non-payment.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India
